Wake windows are the periods of time a baby or toddler can comfortably stay awake between periods of sleep without becoming overtired, which can make it harder for them to fall asleep.


Proper wake windows promote more restful, consolidated sleep & improve mood & overall development. While ignoring wake windows can lead to increased fussiness, shorter naps & nighttime wakings.


You'll notice the wake window extends as your child grows. Adjusting the window as appropriate helps maintain a healthy sleep routine with fewer interruptions.
