Renée Therese

Owner, Founder & Lead Consultant

Hi there! I'm Renée Therese. In case you weren't sure yet, I specialize in gentle sleep coaching for the parents and caregivers of infants and toddlers, typically up to age three.


I began this journey in 2021, after not only coaching my own daughter to independent sleep through my philosophy, but also going on to coach the parents of 5 other children successfully before launching The Tired Mama Sleep Co.


I now knew the power of a restful night's sleep when caring for children; and I knew the consequences of sleep deprivation could be very serious. I made it my mission to help as many families achieve restful sleep as possible.

IT'S NOT ABOUT LETTING YOUR CHILD CRY THEMSELVES TO SLEEP!


I take a holistic approach to sleep. I believe that every child and every family experiences different struggles and what works for some may not work for everyone. The best way to address challenges is to first assess the entire situation, including day sleep, daytime acitvities, nighttime routines, the sleep environment and even diet! By evaluating these factors we can identify areas for imrovement and develop a plan to achieve the rest your family deserves!

I provide unlimited 1:1 support during the 2-week adjustment period for packages that include coaching as a service. This means you can message me or schedule a call anytime during daytime hours to address new challenges, ask questions, or just lean on me for support when things get difficult.
